Application

At Park Farm we invite any prospective livery to come and have tour of the farm. This is for several reasons; it allows the livery to get a feel of the facilities and services we offer and at this stage will discuss costs for both the facilities and services.  We assess the knowledge and experience of any prospective livery due the importance we place on fitting in to the dynamic of the yard. This doesn’t mean we don’t accept liveries with little knowledge or completely new to the hobby/ sport, assistance from management is given in this case.

We do not allow cliques to evolve or any liveries dictating to others, we have a zero tolerance to bullying. Please see our bullying policy.

We offer DIY and assisted livery up to full livery 6 days per week, however, we also provide holidays cover when pre-arranged.

All our livery places are contractual based, places are secured once a contract is signed. All liveries present on the yard require a contract and comply with the terms of the agreement. Currently we have the full range from happy hackers and hunters to competition.

In 30 years, all stables have been full with available stables filled within a few days of a liveries notice to leave.
